Refund Policy
At Sweet Pea Creations, every painting is individually hand-painted and made specifically for you from your ultrasound image. Because each piece is custom artwork, our refund policy differs from products that are mass-produced.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, work may have already begun on your custom painting, and cancellations can no longer be accepted.
Returns & Refunds
Because every painting is personalized, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected during checkout
- Personalized details approved by the customer
- Custom artwork that has already entered production
Damaged Orders
If your painting arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of:
- The damaged artwork
- The shipping box
- Any damaged packaging
We will replace your painting at no additional cost.
If We Make a Mistake
If your painting contains an error caused by us (such as an incorrect name, color selection, or other personalization mistake), we'll create and ship a replacement at no charge.
